"65TH ANNIVERSARY"

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY:

SARL BOSCHI IMMOBILIER, with a share capital of €100,000, registered in the Romans Trade Register under number 449 566 322 and with its head office located at 45 Place de la Libération, 26110 NYONS, is organizing a contest with a purchase or sale obligation entitled "65th ANNIVERSARY." Participation will necessarily take place from March 1, 2025 at 9:00 AM until December 31, 2025 at 6:00 PM, either at the aforementioned head office or at one of its branch offices, and in accordance with the terms described in these rules.

ARTICLE 2 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES:

Before participating in the contest, each participant must read and fully accept the present rules and the principle of the contest. Any participant who violates one or more articles of these rules will be deprived of the possibility of participating in the contest and will not be eligible to win the prize they might have otherwise won.

ARTICLE 3 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

Participation in the contest with an obligation to purchase or sell is open from March 1, 2025 at 9:00 AM until December 31, 2025 at 6:00 PM.
Participation is open to any adult natural person residing in Europe, or to any adult natural person representing a real estate legal entity that has sold or purchased a property through SARL BOSCHI IMMOBILIER and whose authentic deed was mandatorily signed before a notary between January 1, 2025 at 8:00 AM and December 31, 2025 at 4:00 PM, excluding employees of the contest’s organizing company or companies that participated in its execution and/or promotion, as well as their family members (spouses, ascendants, descendants, siblings).

ARTICLE 4 – PRINCIPLE AND MODALITIES OF THE CONTEST:

Participation in the Contest is limited to one (1) entry per participant (same last name, same first name, same address).
To participate, it is sufficient to have sold or purchased a property through SARL BOSCHI IMMOBILIER and to have signed the corresponding authentic deed within the mandatory period from January 1, 2025 at 8:00 AM to December 31, 2025 at 4:00 PM, and to register one’s details on the participation form available free of charge upon request at the head office of BOSCHI IMMOBILIER or at one of its secondary offices (see addresses below) (participation is also possible on plain paper), and to correctly answer the following question from the three possible answers:

"In which country is the city of NEW YORK CITY located?"

1.     In the USA
2.     In CANADA
3.     In MEXICO

Then, deposit the completed form in the ballot boxes provided for that purpose, which are located at the entrance of each branch.
Participation in the contest will end on December 31, 2025 at exactly 6:00 PM.
All fields on the participation form are mandatory (Last Name / First Name / Phone / Email / Address / date of signing of the authentic deed). Any incorrect or incomplete registration will not be taken into account and will result in the nullity of the participation. In particular, entries with inaccurate or incomplete details, those that do not comply with the provisions of these rules, multiple submissions, or those sent after the contest has ended will not be considered.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE AND SELECTION OF THE WINNER:

Designation of the Sole Winner:

A drawing will be conducted among the participants' entries.
The contest winner will be selected as follows: from the drawn entries, the one that has perfectly answered the question posed and whose details are accurate, legible, complete, and beyond dispute.
The aforementioned drawing will take place on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the company's head office, 45 Place de la Libération, 26110 NYONS, under the supervision of Master Franck CARRU (or, if necessary, one of his associates), Associate Judicial Commissioner within SAS CARRU GAUTHIER CARRU CROZE BASSON, 468 Avenue Marius Coulon, 84500 BOLLENE, or on any other possible date.
 

Prize:

Single prize drawn by lot from among the valid winning entries:
A trip valued at €4,000.00 (four thousand Euros) for two people to New York City (USA), including two round-trip airline tickets departing from Marseille at the rate in effect at the time of the quote, plus accommodation in a 4‑star hotel (Hyatt Grand Central Hotel) in a double room without breakfast for a duration of 5 days/4 nights, excluding insurance, subject to date availability and provided in the form of a voucher valued at €4,000.00 (four thousand Euros) valid exclusively at the Selectour Vaucluse Voyages agency, 38 Boulevard Albin Durand, 84200 CARPENTRAS.
The voucher must be collected at the Selectour Vaucluse Voyages agency at 38 Boulevard Albin Durand, 84200 CARPENTRAS during regular business hours, that is, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Booking of this trip must be completed with the aforementioned agency no later than 6:00 PM on January 11, 2027. Otherwise, the voucher shall be deemed lost, not re-entered into the contest, and will remain the property of the organizing company.
Non-transferable and non-refundable offer.
The winner will be notified by regular mail at the address indicated on the participation form or by telephone at the number provided on the form, and must collect the prize at the head office of the organizing company within one month following the draw. The winner authorizes all verifications concerning their identity and residential address.
The offered prize cannot be subject to any dispute regarding its nature, its constituent elements, or its value, nor may it be transferred to third parties. The cash equivalent of this prize, or any other form of compensation, cannot be requested.
If circumstances require, the organizing company reserves the right to replace it with any other prize of equal or greater value; in that event, the winner shall not be entitled to any compensation of any kind other than the newly determined reward.
The winner agrees not to hold the organizing company liable for the prize, including its quality or any consequences arising from possessing the prize. The organizing company shall not be held responsible for any incidents or accidents that may occur during the use of the prize.
If the prize is returned for any reason, it will neither be reallocated nor returned and will remain the property of the organizing company. In such a case, the winner loses the benefit of the prize without any liability on the part of the organizing company.
The offered prize is strictly nominative and cannot be transferred to another person.
The organizing company shall not be held responsible if, for reasons beyond its control, and if necessary, the draw is postponed, modified, or cancelled in whole or in part.

ARTICLE 6 – DEPOSIT OF THE RULES:

The official rules have been deposited for review by Master Franck CARRU, Associate Judicial Commissioner within SAS CARRU GAUTHIER CARRU CROZE BASSON, 468 avenue Marius Coulon, 84500 BOLLENE.
A copy of the rules is available at each SARL BOSCHI IMMOBILIER branch and may be provided free of charge to anyone upon request at the following address: SARL BOSCHI IMMOBILIER, 45 Place de la Libération, 26110 NYONS.
The rules are also posted in each SARL BOSCHI IMMOBILIER branch. Any questions regarding this contest must be addressed by mail to the same address.
Reimbursement for the stamp opposing the use of data for prospecting purposes and for the stamp used for the written request for the full rules and/or for the reimbursement of that request will be made at the standard rate in force for mail weighing less than 20 g, provided that the participant submits the written request—either attached or sent in a sufficiently stamped envelope—before midnight on December 31, 2025, with the postmark serving as proof, to the above address.

ARTICLE 7 – RESPONSIBILITY:

The organizing company shall under no circumstances be held responsible if the winner(s) are unable to benefit from the prize(s) due to circumstances beyond its control. The organizing company disclaims all liability for any incidents or damages of any kind that may occur as a result of the enjoyment of the awarded prize and/or its use, which each winner explicitly acknowledges.

ARTICLE 8 – PERSONAL DATA:

It is reminded that in order to participate in the contest, players must necessarily provide certain personal information concerning them (name, first name, address, etc.). This information is recorded and stored in a computer file and is necessary for processing their participation, determining the winners, and awarding and dispatching the prizes. This information is intended for the organizing company and may be transmitted to its technical service providers, to a service provider responsible for shipping the prizes, as well as to the participating partners. Participants have the right to access their personal data, which should be exercised by contacting the head office of SARL BOSCHI IMMOBILIER located in NYONS (26110).

ARTICLE 9 – DECISIONS OF THE ORGANIZERS:

The organizing company reserves the right to modify these rules at any time and to take any decisions it deems necessary for their implementation. The organizing company may notify players of such changes by any means of its choice. It also reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the contest without notice, due to any event beyond its control, including in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In particular, the organizing company reserves the right to cancel all or part of the contest if it appears that fraud or malfunctions have occurred in any form whatsoever, either in relation to participation in the contest or the determination of the winner(s). In that event, it reserves the right not to award the prize(s) to the fraudsters and/or to pursue legal action against those responsible in the appropriate courts.

ARTICLE 10 – PROMOTION:

The winner hereby authorizes in advance the organizing company, in the event of any potential use for promotional purposes, to publish their name and, where applicable, to reproduce their photograph on all promotional materials, regardless of the medium, without such reproduction entitling them to any compensation or remuneration.

ARTICLE 11 – DISPUTES:

Participation in this contest, which requires a purchase, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules and any potential amendments. The participant has the right to withdraw in the event of non-acceptance of any potential amendments. No compensation shall be granted to participants in the case of withdrawal, non-acceptance of any potential amendments, or modifications to the rules. These rules, the drawing, and its interpretations are subject to French law. No challenge will be considered after a period of one month following the final closing of the contest drawing.

ARTICLE 12 – ELECTION OF DOMICILE:

Participants elect domicile at the address provided on the entry form. In case of any changes, they must notify the organizing company by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (LRAR) at the address of its registered office.

ARTICLE 13 – DATA PROTECTION LAW:

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 06/01/78, each participant has the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal information by writing to the address of the organizing company. Participants can exercise this right and/or object to the transfer of their data to third parties by submitting a written request to the organizing company.
